وي‍‍‍ژگيهای بافت : یکی ازخصوصیات بی نظیراین فرش بافت آن میباشد که به ابتکار بافنده آن به روشی نوین بافته شده و دارای دونوع تراکم بوده یا به عبارتی دیگرتلفیقی از گره های ریز ودرشت میباشد وبه اصطلاح ترکیب شده از دو رجشمار 35و70 ، تعریف رجشماریا تراکم تعداد گره در (7سانتیمتر) میباشد این فرش درابعاد90/1×90/2 طراحی و بافته شده خصوصيات ديگر اين فرش كه دور تا دور آن با گليم ابريشم با رنگ سورمه ایی وبا نقشی به نام” بندی بوته ” با چها رهزارمترنخ طلا ، بدون نقشه وبا تجسم ذهن بافته شده ، همچنين نصب سه عدد قطعه طلا با عيار 24 بالای بناهای مقدس كه هنر مرصع بافی نام دارد و به هنگام بافت در تار و پود فرش قرار میگیرد . شايان ذكراست نخ طلا هنردست استاد ارجمند عباسعلی فولاد گر هنرمند اصفهانی ميباشد .
رنگرزی گيـاهی : در رنگرزی الياف پشم وابريشم با گياهان رنگزا ی منطقه دماوند مانند پوست گردو، پوست انار، وبرگ گياهانی مانند : سيب، گلابی ، مو ، گردو، توت، واندام گياهانی مانند: اسپرك ، گزنه ، ريشه روناس ، نيل ، زعفران وسایرگیاهان بكاررفته است تعداد و ترکیب این رنگها متجاوز از (350 طیف) رنگی است که تاکنون این تعداد رنگ گیاهی بی سابقه میباشد ،اشاره مینمایم ،اهمیت استفاده از رنگهای گیاهی ، مقاومت رنگها درمقابل تجزیه نور و ثبات درشستشو میباشد به همین دلیل زیبایی وآرامش رنگها درکنارهم آنرا متمایز از رنگهای شیمیایی منماید . طراحی فرش : درترنج یا مرکز اين فرش قله دماوند درستاره ايست كه راس شعاع آن ازبالا سمت راست ، بنای مسجدجامع، قرن دهم میلادی، بنای يادمان شبلی ،قرن دهم میلادی وطرفين قله دماوند ، دوبنای مقدس مربوط به قرن سیزده میلادی ، ودر پايين، درياچه تار دماوند و چشمه اعلاء سرچشمه آبمعدنی دماوند ، و چهار فصل دماوند در گوشهٌ 45 درجه قرارگرفته ، همچنين” كل وقوچ “دماوند كه مربوط به منطقه كوهستانی است نمادی ازحيات وحش دماوند ميباشد نام این فرش، بام ايران زمين است که دربالای آن بافته شده و شش بيت شعرمعروف از دماوند سروده شاعرمعاصر ایران ملكشعرای بهار به خط نستعليق استاد انجمن خوشنويسان ايران استاد حسين نوروزی که از مردم دماوند میباشد با ابریشم بافته شده درچهار گوشه های قابهای خطی ، سی وهفت گل از گلهای وحشی کوهستان دماوند انتخاب شده است . چهارمحصول معرف دماوند مانند : عسل ، گلابی ، سيب ، وگردو، درچهارگوشه حاشيه بزرگ ميباشد درحاشيه كوچك یا باریک فرش طرح سه برگی ازدوره ساسانی ، قرن سوم میلادی ، با رنگ سبز كه ريشه در فرهنگ كهن وتاريخ باستانی دماوند دارد طراحی وبافته شده است .

A suspicious carpet including heroin is Afghanian not Iranian

An Iranian carpet consignment, in which the heroin was embedded, was discovered in Lapliz-Germany, we read on news. After considering and hearing from a carpet industry expert, it was cleared that the consignment was Afghanian carpet.

Why it play game with Iranian carpet reputation? Why the experts are not able to distinguish Iranian carpet from Afghanian one? Mr.Hossein Kazemi Hamed, the skillful weaver of world cup carpet, asked. Such things are intended to change the world perception into negative toward the Iranian carpet, he said. Mr.Hossein Kazemi Hamed’s words were confirmed by Mr.David Darmany, the liable person of Darmany Repairing Carpet Company, during his interview in USA. He also said the mentioned carpet was a copied Kazk design which is woven in Afghanistan and foisted as Iranian carpet. Mr.Darmany also condemned such measures which caused disreputability of Iranian carpet and called for organizing a trans-governmental workgroup to save and return the reputability to the Iranian carpet.

It is necessary to mention that in recent years because of lack of attention of Iranian authorities, the Iranian carpet has been copied under the name of Iran in the neighbor countries and even in China and exported to the European and USA markets. This matter has not only caused the irreparable damages to the carpet weavers, economy and one of the most important our country exports but also to present the carpets with low quality in the world markets under the name of Iranian carpet.

Hopping to save this industry with the Iranian greatness from the discredit by establishing Iranian carpet formations and union of the maters and great skillful.

فرشی مشکوک به حمل هروئین ، افغانی است نه ایرانی

در خبرها خواندیم یک محموله فرش ایرانی در کشور آلمان و شهر لاپزیگ کشف است که درون آن محموله هروئین جا سازی شده است. پس از بررسی و شنیدن نظرات بزرگان صنعت فرش مشخص شدکه این محموله فرش های افغان است .

استاد حسین کاظمی حامد استاد بافنده فرش جام جهانی در این رابطه می گوید : چرا با آبروی فرش ایران بازی می شود و کارشناسان قادر به تشخیص فرش ایرانی از افغانی نیستند. این کارها برای این است که نگرش جهانیان به فرش ایرانی منفی شود.

در گفتگویی که به آقای دیوید درمنی مسئول شرکت ترمیم فرش درمنی در آمریکا داشتم سخن جناب کاظمی را تایید کرده و گفتند که : فرش مزبور یک فرش با طرح کپی کازک هست که در افغانستان بافته می شود و بجای فرش ایرانی قالب میشود. ایشان نیز ضمن محکومیت این قبیل اقدامات که موجب بی اعتباری فرش ایران میشود . خواستار تشکیل یک کارگروه فرا دولتی برای نجات فرش ایران و بازگرداندان اعتبار فرش ایرانی شدند.

لازم به یاد آوری در سالهای اخیر به دلیل عدم توجه مسئولین در ایران ، فرش های ایرانی در کشورهای همسایه و حتی چین به اسم فرش ایرانی کپی زده و به بازاهای اروپا و آمریکا صادر میشود. این کار علاوه بر ضربات جبران ناپذیر به فرش بافان و اقتصاد کشور و یکی از مهم ترین صادرات های کشور ، باعث وجود فرش هایی با کیفیت نازل در بازارهای جهانی به اسم فرش ایرانی شده  است. امید است با ایجاد تشکل های فرش ایرانی و اتحاد اساتید و بزرگان ، این صنعت با عظمت ایرانی از بدنامی نجات پیدا کند.

Sewing  the warps to gether  is not used in this method, but the warps are woven in new warps by knots and it is woven row by row by using old wool and yarns which are prepared from old Kilims. The wefts and yarns are passed through the warps from left to right and vise versa. By using this method, there will not be remained any trace of the repairing. Using old yarns and applying cutoff yarns and wefts weaving method with new yarns make improving repair in high level.This method needs more time for repairing, but the quality is remarkable and recognizing the repaired parts is very difficult.

Below you see a type of carpet and rug  washed by the customer getting the expensive carpet and rug  spoiled, stained, and run. In order to safely wash a carpet, a person   requires rich experience and high knowledge of identifying a variety of colors and chemical detergents for cleaning. Actually, while washing a carpet, we should take into account the specific method for the type of carpet at hand on the basis of the kind of its color, material, fibers and wool. On account of these reasons, it is better to assign this specialized work to an expert of this field. In so doing, not only is your carpet completely washed and beautified but it can also be kept safe from any damage to the material and dyes of carpet fibers.

Here as you see, there is a sample of a carpet  and rug that a customer has tried to do its washing and cleaning. In fact, this action has unfortunately caused severe color run all over the carpet. However, having rich experience and knowledge in this regard, we made an attempt to remove this damage costing too much and taking time. At the central part and Toranj of the carpet, we could successfully clean the dye bleeding area to 90%.

When washing a carpet and rug , you should meticulously observe the following crucial points:

  1. Try to wash the carpet  and rug just with cool water because hot water makes the dyes of fibers and wool be dissolved and run to other parts of the carpet.
  2. Try to quickly get water out of the carpet  and rug after washing it with the neutral PH detergents because in case of staying water inside the carpet, it goes into the side edges of the carpet and causes dye bleeding of fibers at this area.
  3. Do not dry the carpet  and rug in the sunlight because the sun heat as another damaging factor dissolves the fiber dyes in the water existing inside the carpet and this causes to form colorful stains on the carpet. After washing the carpet, place it on a smooth surface to allow for air circulation. This action indeed gets the carpet really dry and prevents carpet creasing too. In order to facilitate the action of drying, you can put a fan near the carpet to blow the air directing towards two sides, on the carpet and under it or even you can lift a corner of the carpet and use the fan to blow under the carpet.

It should be noted once more that if you have a carpet and rug, you had better give it to an experienced carpet washer rather than wash it yourself; because based on my experience working with carpet cleaning services, carpet dye bleeding is considered to be one of the major irremediable damages to the carpet.
