I dropped the rug off at the Torrance location so I needed to call ahead because he does have several locations that he travels to and from. He let me know the day and time he would be there. He is definitely an expert; he looked at the rug and told me which region it came from and the material used and how it was made. It’s impressive. Anyway, a couple of weeks later I called and he let me know it was ready and when I could pick up. He was very flexible because I had to travel unexpectedly and told me not to worry. I called him when I was finally able to pick it up and he had it ready for me as soon as he saw me. I’m very happy with the job he did.
