1-Choose a completely flat level to spread your rug.
2-The place you choose to spread the rug must be greater than your rug’s area (size) so that you wouldn’t have to fold a part of it.
3- Avoid putting very heavy objects with sharp or coarse legs on the rug; instead, put a smooth plastic object under the legs to avoid abrasion.
4-Avoid putting a flowerpot; since, whenever you irrigate it, some drops of water would fall on the rug and it gradually would decompose.
5-Clean the rug with a vacuum cleaner frequently. (on the lay of the pile)
6-Avoid sweeping rug’s fringe , but just shake it to remove dust; hence, you prevent damaging them.
7-Avoid using detergent to clean stain or spilled liquids, because it make them larger and stable.
8-Clean under the rug once every few months.
9-Try to exclude all the spilled water on the rug and dry it quickly.

فارسی اصول و قوانین صحیح در نگهداری از فرش
۱-حتما سطحی صاف و بدون پستی و بلندی را برای پهن کردن فرش خود انتخاب کنید
۲-مکانی را که برای پهن کردن فرش خود در آن استفاده می‌کنید باید بزرگتر از مساحت فرشتان باشد تا مجبور به تا زدن قسمتی از آن نباشید .
۳-از گذاشتن اشیائ خیلی سنگین که پایه‌های تیز و زبری دارند بر روی فرشتن بپرهیزید و یا شی‌ٔ پلاستیکی و با سطحی صیقلی و صاف زیر پایه‌ها قرار دادید تا از ساییدگی موضع روی فاش اجتناب شود.
۴-از گذاشتن گلدان بر روی فرش خود داری کنید ،زیرا هر بار که مبادرت به آبیاری گیاه می‌کنید قطراتی از آب روی فرش می‌چکد و به مرور باعث پوسیدگی الیاف فرش میشود.
۵-فرش خود را مرتباً با جارو دستی یا برقی جارو کنید (در جهت خواب فرش)
۶-از جارو کردن ریشه‌های فرش خود داری کنید و آن را برای تمیز و مرتب شدن بتکانید تا از بین رفتن و خورده شدن ریشه‌ها جلوگیری کنید
۷- در صورت ریختن مایعات روی فرش یا ایجاد لکه از مواد شوینده برای پاک کردن آن خود داری کنید زیرا باعث بزرگتر شدن و تثبیت آن روی فرش میشود
۸-هر چند ماه یک بار ،زیر فرش خود را نیز جارو بکشید و تمیز کنید
۹-در صورت خیس شدن فرش خود به هر دلیل ، سعی در خارج کردن آب از فرش خود کرده و سریعا سعی در خشک شدن آن کنید
۱۰-هر چند سال یک بر فرش خود را برای شستشوی کامل به قالی شویی متخصص بفرستید تا بر دوام و زیبایی فرش بیفزاید.
